General
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
No. Every design will be unique and based on your color preferences and flowers available. But the pictures on the website show the overall style of the floral designs you will get.
I don’t see 'XYZ' on the menu, do you have it available?
No. I keep my menu simple without an overwhelming amount of options. This makes things easy and affordable. What you see on the order page is what I have available.
Do you have a unique vision for your designs? Maybe my full service wedding flowers might be a better option for you.
Ordering
I have a small event/birthday/workshop I would like to order for, is that possible?
Yes. I focus on wedding flowers when promoting my à la carte services but feel free to order whatever suits your needs.
How does ordering work exactly? What to expect?

Yes, order what you need.
Customizations
Can I customize colors/shapes/greenery?
Color: Yes. When you order a design you can select your color preferences.
Shapes/greenery: No, in order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, we do not offer this as a customizable.
Do you offer loose stems?
Yes, you can order Flowers by Bucket.
Can I request specific colors?
When you order a design you can select three colors of your choosing.
Can I request specific flowers?
You can always request specific flowers but I can’t make any promises. However I will do my best to incorporate them if possible.
Can I choose more than one color palette per order?
No, in order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, I do not offer more than one color palette per order.
Payment
Do I need to pay in full?
Yes, orders require full payment after I confirm my availability. After payment I lock your date and reserve flowers just for you.
When do I need to pay?
After you order, and you received my confirmation.
How do I pay for my order?
Once I confirmed my date you get all the banking details send to you by email to pay for your order through direct bank transfer.
Which payment methods are there?
Direct bank transfer.
Pick-up
How to choose my pick-up date? Any advice?
I advice to pick-up your flowers maximum two days before your event to make sure the flowers stay fresh on the big day.
At what time will my order be ready for pick-up?
- If you pick-up your order in Bordeaux (only Saterdays), you can do this between 08:00 and 13:00.
- If you pick-up your order on our farm in Granges-sur-Lot, you can do this between 10:00 and 17:00.
If these hours are not convenient, you can always contact me to discuss another time.
Can you deliver and/or set-up my flowers?
No, at this time I’m not able to deliver or setup À la carte wedding flowers.
However, you might be interested in my full service wedding flowers (starting at 1.500 €). This includes delivery and setup.
Where can I pick up my flowers?
On the checkout page you can choose to pick up your flowers at
- Our farm in Granges-sur-Lot: every weekday + Saturdays.
- Our market stall in Bordeaux: on Saturdays.
- A Gradignan (33), région de Bordeaux (seulement mardi ou vendredi).
- Eysines (a little outside Bordeaux): on Tuesdays or Fridays.
Can I pick-up my order on a Sunday or in a holiday?
For Sundays no. But on most holidays you can pick up your flowers. I always confirm if I am available on your pick up date after you ordered.
How do I transfer my flowers?
A car with air conditioning is important to keep the flowers fresh.
- If the order is large, make sure you have enough space in your vehicle for everything.
- Please note that flowers can not be placed in the back of an open pickup truck; flowers should always travel in an enclosed, controlled environment.
But after you order I’ll send you detailed information on how to keep your flowers fresh for your wedding day.
Rental
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. You need to pay a 25% deposit over the order total. This will be refunded to you when you bring back your rentals in time and without damage.
What if somethings breaks?
Depending on the value of the damaged piece a percentage of the deposit will be withhold.
Is it necessary for me to return my rentals in a clean condition?
No, you are not required to do this. I will clean them for you.
Within how many days do I need to return rental products?
Within 5 days.
To which location should I return my rentals?
- Our farm in Granges-sur-Lot: every weekday + Saturdays.
- Our market stall in Bordeaux: on Saturdays.
- A Gradignan (33), région de Bordeaux (seulement mardi ou vendredi).
- Eysines (a little outside Bordeaux): on Tuesdays or Fridays.
Can I send back my rentals by post?
Yes. But keep in mind that it is your responsibility to send them back safely. It is also required to send me the track and trace code. So the postal package must be send in a way that it is traceable.
Make sure you pack everything well and firmly with filling material so that you reduce the risk of breakage.
If your rentals return incomplete, damaged or not return at all, I will withhold (a percentage of ) your deposit.
Within how many days will I receive my deposit?
Within 1 or 3 business days.
What if I don't return my rented products on time?
With every day you are late I will charge € 50,00.
It is important for me to have my vases back in time so I can use them for a following event.
Can a choose the specific vases that I want?
No. You can only choose the style. You can not pick the individual vases.
I will always make sure you get a coherent variety of vases.
Cancellations/modifications
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
This depends on the stage we are at. Some changes may be allowed 4 week before your pick up date. Please email me about this.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel your order more than 30 days before the pick up date, you will get a refund for all the money you paid, except for the non-refundable deposit (that starts for orders above € 1000).
If, for example, an external situation arises like a pandemic I will think along with you for the best solution (ex: a (partial) refund or rescheduling a date).
What happens when nature says no?
This has never happened to me. In an extreme event where circumstances by nature destroys or partially destroys my flower field I’ll do my best to find a solution within the color palette you picked. I always discuss the potential solutions with you.
I never leave you hanging.
- My first solution is to look at what I still have and create from there.
- My second solution is to buy flowers within your color palette from other local organic florists.
I will still create something absolutely beautiful for your day. Your guest will not even notice nature said nope to our plan.
